1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rune platform, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

Rune is a business intelligence platform offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription. The service analyzes inventory and sales data to provide strategic insights, including product classification, stock health analysis, and replenishment suggestions.

Access to the service is contingent on maintaining an active subscription. Suspension or cancellation of the subscription will result in the interruption of access to system features.

3. Subscription Model

The service is offered through monthly or annual subscription, as per the contracted plan:

• Payment must be made in advance of the usage period
• Renewal is automatic, unless previously cancelled by the user
• Prices and conditions are subject to change, with 30 days prior notice
• Non-payment will result in temporary suspension of access until regularization
• Cancellations can be requested at any time, without refund for the already paid period

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of data submitted for analysis
• Using the service in accordance with applicable legislation
• Not sharing your account with unauthorized third parties
• Making payments within the established due date

5. Limitation of Liability

Rune is a decision-support tool. The analyses and recommendations provided are based on data submitted by the user and do not constitute definitive financial or commercial advice. Responsibility for business decisions lies exclusively with the user.

6. Data Quality

The accuracy of analyses depends directly on the quality of the data provided. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated data will result in inaccurate analyses.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Rune is committed to protecting its users' data:

• Your data is not shared with third parties
• We may use anonymized and aggregated information to improve our services or develop new products, always preserving the confidentiality of individual data

8. Messaging Channels and Generative AI

Rune may offer support through messaging channels such as WhatsApp, with responses generated automatically by an AI assistant:

• Use of messaging channels is optional and initiated by the user; we never send proactive marketing messages through these channels.
• Responses are generated by language models (LLMs) based on Rune's documentation and knowledge base, and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations. We recommend verifying sensitive information (billing, contracts, financial data) with the human team before acting on it.
• AI-generated content does not constitute legal, accounting, financial, or professional advice, and does not replace human judgment in critical business decisions.
• Continuity of messaging support depends on technical windows and provider rules (e.g., Meta's 24-hour window), which may limit when we can reply outside an active conversation.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including algorithms, design, and documentation, is the property of Rune and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
